Our Intervals program is designed for you – if you have never worked out or you want to get back into the gym after taking some time off.

Intervals is designed to burn calories (during and after the workout) and tone you up with a simple, 30-minute, coach-led workout followed by an effective 15-minute core routine that has you in and out in under an hour. Classes are held in a supportive group setting.

Here’s what you can expect:

Low-Impact body movements combined with treadmills, Airdyne Wind Bikes, and rowing and ski machines. The combination of this easy-to-use equipment and low-impact movements produces a great fitness experience.

  • All fitness levels are welcome and workouts are easily scaled to meet your specific needs.
  • No barbells, pull-ups, or complicated moves.
MetCon
  • Low/Medium Impact
  • 60 Minutes of High-Intensity Training
  • Safe strength exercises (dumbells, kettlebells, sled pushes, etc.)
  • No Barbells or advanced gymnastics moves

MetCon means: Metabolic Conditioning. This type of conditioning will produce increased muscle endurance, strength, power, and – if desired – weight loss. Classes are held in a supportive group setting.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • 60-minute, coach-led, high-intensity, interval running, rowing and functional weight-resistance training sessions.
  • A series of stations that highlight different key movements
  • All fitness levels are welcome and all workouts are easily scaled to meet your specific needs.
  • If you’ve advanced from Intervals and are working toward CrossFit, give this class a try.
CrossFit
  • Medium/High Impact
  • 60 Minutes of Strength and Conditioning Training
  • The most comprehensive fitness program available
  • Includes barbells, Olympic Lifting, advanced gymnastics

CrossFit is our Highest-Level Training Program

In our experience, we have seen the CrossFit program change lives. We have seen so many of our members complete a workout that they never thought possible. This one victory changes their outlook about other goals in their lives – suddenly goals become attainable.

CrossFit brings people together to push each other to be better for an hour a day; they leave their titles and egos at the door, step on to the floor as a team, and tackle a workout that many of them never thought possible.

After a workout you’ll often hear, “that was horrible!” followed by “but that was awesome, nice work!”. What seems scary and intense at first is what ultimately keeps people coming back for more.

Our CrossFit program is definitely a team effort…followed by huge individual victories.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We believe everyone should have access to a personal coach or Personal Trainer, even if it’s only once per month. At any of our XLR8 Athletix facilities you have the option to train one-on-one with a personal coach for 30-min or 60-min sessions. You can choose to train alone, with a partner or in a small group setting.
