Day 4 - Determined

You never really appreciate what you have until you don't have it. I've never wanted to be in the gym more than I do right now. The emotions of the last couple days coupled with the social isolation has translated into a new commitment to come out of this tough time better than when we went in. We cannot wait to see all of you back in the gym.
